基于8-羟基喹啉衍生物镉配合物制备与晶体结构

     

摘要

The quaternary ammonium salt ligand L was reacted with Cd( NO3 ) 2 ·4H2 O to obtain the complex [Cd(L)(NO3)(H2O)]NO3, and its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and ESI-MS. The results of single crystal diffraction showed that the central atom Cd(Ⅱ) reacted with three O atoms and one N atom of the deprotonated L-, one monodermatenitrate, one O at-om of water and one pyridine N atomfrom another adjacent L ligand, thus forming one dimension chain-like structure. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group Pn, a = 0.76354(6) nm, b= 0.91215(7) nm, c=1.85650(14) nm,α=90.00, β=91.5240(10), γ=90.00, V =1.29253 (17) nm3, Z=2,Dc=1.780 g/cm3,μ=0.921 mm-1, F(000)=696, GOF on F2=1.023, aR1[I>2σ( I ) ] , wR2=0.0377, 0.0906, R1 [ all data] , wR2= 0.0437, 0.0944.%以季铵盐配体L与Cd(NO3)2·4H2 O反应得到配合物[Cd(L)(NO3)(H2 O)]·NO3,并通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、质谱等表征了结构.单晶衍射结果表明中心原子Cd(Ⅱ)与去质子化的L-的3个O原子和一个N原子,1个单齿配位的硝酸根,1个水的O原子和相邻配体2-吡啶N原子配位,形成一维链状结构.晶体属单斜晶系,Pn空间群,晶胞参数a=0.76354(6)nm,b=0.91215(7)nm,c=1.85650(14)nm,α=90.00,β=91.5240(10),γ=90.00,V=1.29253(17)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.780 g/cm3,μ=0.921 mm-1,F(000)=696,GOF on F2=1.023,a R1[I>2σ(I)],wR2=0.0377,0.0906,R1[all data],wR2=0.0437,0.0944.
