The optimal conditions for the fluorescent complex formation of SAAQ-CTMAB-Al(Ⅲ) were established.The fluorescence excitation and emission maxima are at 378nm and 490nm,and the molar ratio of Al(Ⅲ) to SAAQ was determined to be 1∶2.The proposed method was used for the determination of aluminum in hair and green tea in the range of 0~200μg*dm-3.
