The effect of unidirectional hot-stretched on the transparence of polypropylene was studied. The transparence,crystal performance , crystal morphology and the mechanical properties have been investigated. The results showed that the transparence of PP stretched at 23℃ was lower than the unstretched samples while the transparence of PP stretched at 120℃ was much higher than the unstretched samples. However, the change of the tensile speed didn' t have obvious effect on the transparence. Therefore the effect of temperature on the transparence of PP was greater than the effect of tensile speed.%通过对PP进行不同条件下的单向热拉伸,研究了热拉伸条件对PP透光率的影响.由拉伸后试样透光率、结晶性能、晶体结构以及力学性能变化分析表明:在23℃拉伸时,PP透光率远远低于未拉伸的试样,而在120℃拉伸后,PP透光率大大高于未拉伸的试样,拉伸速度的变化对透光率的影响不大,由此可见:温度对PP热拉伸透光率提高的影响远远大于速度的影响.
