Ni (Ⅱ) complexes, derived from 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxaldehyde-( benzoyl) hydrazone ( 2a ) , 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxadehyde-( o-hydroxybenzoyl) hydrazone ( 2b ) and 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxadehyde-( p-hydroxybenzoyl) hydrazone ( 2c ) , were synthesized and characterized, respectively, then the interaction of complexes with ct-DNA were studied by viscosity titration, Ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The experimental results indicate that all of the complexes are of good intercalators for DNA and the binding constants(Kb)are 1.006xl03 M-1,9. 154x105 M-1 and 2.663xl03 M-1 .respectively.%合成并表征了8-羟基喹啉-2-醛缩苯甲酰肼、8-羟基喹啉-2-醛缩水杨酰肼以及8-羟基喹啉-2-醛缩对羟基苯甲酰肼Ni(Ⅱ)配合物,并利用黏度滴定、紫外光谱和荧光光谱法研究了它们与CT-DNA相互作用情况.结果表明,这些配合物均为良好的DNA插入试剂,它们与DNA的结合常数(Kb)分别为1.006× 105 M-1、9.154×105 M-1和2.663×105 M-1.
