5,12-dihydro-5,7,12,14-azapentacene was synthesized by the microwave radiation method,it was found that microwave radiation can facilitate the reaction of 2,3-dihydroxyphenazine and o-phenylenediamine. According to the orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions of reaction with microwave radiation were as follows; the mole ratio of 2,3-dihydroxyphenazine and o-phenylene-diamine was 1 :6,the reaction time is 150s, the ratio of 2,3-dihydroxyphenazine and acetic acid was 1:1 (mol/mL).
