7-MAC,the key intermediate of methoxy cephalosporin, was synthesized with the beginning material of benzophenone hydrazone and 7-TMCA by five steps involving protection through diphenyl-methyl group,condensation,oxidation,addition and substitution. This route was optimized greatly which featured with low cost and easy operation procedure.%以7-TMCA(7β-氨基-3-[(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)硫甲基]-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸)及二苯甲酮腙为原料,制备二苯重氮甲烷,然后再经过二苯甲基保护、缩合、氧化、加成以及取代等5步反应制备了目标化合物7-MAC.并对合成工艺进行了优化,降低了成本和操作难度,提高了产率.
