无溶剂、90℃条件下,碘化钾催化芳香醛、苯乙酮衍生物和脲三组分“一锅法”合成了一系列4,6-二芳基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮。产品结构通过IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR和元素分析进行了确证。提出了可能的催化作用机理。新方法具有反应条件清洁、温和,操作简单,反应时间短,产率高,催化剂绿色、高效等优点。%4,6-Diaryl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones had been synthesized via a one-pot,three-component condensation of aro-matic aldehydes,acetophenone derivatives and urea in the presence of KI at 90 ℃without solvent. All products were identified by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR and elemental analysis. A mechanism to rationalize the reaction was proposed. The remarkable features of this novel protocol were clean and mild reaction conditions,simple operation,short reaction times,high yields as well as green and efficient catalyst.
