涂丝型聚氯乙烯膜罗哌卡因选择电极的研制与应用

摘要

It reported a kind of ropivacaine association complex with iodine molecule selectrically active new all-solid PVC mem-brane mepivacaine selective electrode coated wire,linear response range of the electrode is 2. 3×10-1～7. 2×10-5mol·L-1,the dif-ferential is 58 mV/pC,the detection limit was 3. 6(10-5mol·L-1. The electrode response torapid,reproducible,with this electrode in a standard curve method ropivacaine injections contents were determined,this method is simple,the result is consistent with the pharmacopoeia method.%报道了一种以罗哌卡因与碘分子缔合物为电活性物的新型全固态PVC膜罗哌卡因涂丝选择电极,并对其各项性能进行测定.电极的线性响应范围为2. 3×10-1～7. 2×10-5mol·L-1,级差电位为58 mV/pC,检测限为3. 6(10-5mol·L-1.该电极响应迅速,重现性好,用此电极以标准曲线法对盐酸罗哌卡因注射液的含量进行了测定,此法简便,结果与药典法相符.
