Environmental hormone carbaryl have potential carcinogenic effects as a widely applicable pesticide and be oxidized and degraded by chloroperoxidase as catalyst.The following optimum conditions of chloroperoxidase catalyzed degradation of carbaryl:the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 0.15 mmol·L-1,the enzyme dosage was 0.008 μmol·L-1,the pH value was 2.75,the reaction time was 20 min,the concentration of chloride ion was 2.5×10-4mol·L-1.Macromolecular substrate was changed into small molecule after degradation,which was confirmed by the LC-MS(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry)analysis of carbaryl degradation products.This was a relatively green,simple and rapid method with chloroperoxidase as a catalyst for the degradation of carbaryl.%西维因作为一种广谱型农药因其毒性会产生"三致"效应,以氯过氧化物酶作为催化剂氧化降解环境激素西维因.实验探讨得出氯过氧化物酶对西维因的最佳降解条件为:双氧水浓度0.15 mmol·L-1、酶用量0.008 μmol·L-1、pH值为2.75、反应时间20 min、氯离子浓度为2.5×10-4mol·L-1.对西维因降解产物进行液质联用分析,证实底物大分子降解后生成小分子.氯过氧化物酶作为催化剂降解西维因是一种较为绿色环保、简单快速的方法.
