电还原石墨烯/ImAS复合材料修饰GCE检测多巴胺

         

摘要

将玻璃碳电极(GCE)表面进行循环伏安法(CV)阳极化,产生丰富的含氧基团;基于硅氧烷缩合化学,将ImAS键合在阳极化GCE表面;通过静电和π-π作用,GO自组装于ImAS-GCE表面;经电化学还原得到erGO/ImAS/GCE.该电极对DA的电催化氧化具有优异的性能.优化条件下,DA检测具有0.1~5 μM和5~200 μM两段线性范围,其检测下限为0.1 μM.该电极的分析性能优于裸GCE、ImAS/GCE和其他很多已报道的电极,应用于实际样品分析,结果满意.%Electroreduced graphene oxide(erGO)was robustly assembled on an anodically roughened glassy carbon electrode(GCE) covalently tethered with imidazolium alkoxysilane(ImAS)for analysis of dopamine(DA).A bare GCE was roughened by cyclic vol-tammetry to make its surface abundant of hydroxyl groups,and ImAS was then covalently tethered onto anodically roughened GCE. The Graphene oxide(GO)dispersed in water was spontaneously assembled on the ImAS/GCE by electrostatic affinity,and then elec-troduction of GO by CV yielded an erGO/ImAS/GCE.The prepared erGO/ImAs/GCE showed excellent electroactivity and electro-catalytic activity for oxidation of DA.Under optimized conditions,the erGO/ImAs/GCE showed a linear detection range(LDR)of DPV peak from 0.1 μM to 5 μM with a sensitivity of 0.5813 μA·M-1as well as a LDR from 5 μM to 200 μM with a sensitivity of 0.060 μA·μM-1,a detection of limit(LOD,S/N=3)of 0.1 μM for DA.The erGO/ImAs/GCE performed better than GO/ImAs/GCE,ImAs/GCE,and bare GCE as well as many reported analogues.The erGO/ImAs/GCE was successfully demonstrated for analysis of DA in human urine samples.
