生物流化床法处理高浓度含酚废水的研究

             

摘要

本文利用固定化生物技术与新型的喷射鼓泡环流三相生物反应器相结合,用于新型高效含酚废水生物处理技术的研究。考察了含酚废水降解过程的影响因素。选用粉煤灰为生物载体,确定了连续降解过程最优操作条件:空塔气速为0.017 m·s-1,操作温度为28℃,pH在7.5,废水处理量为20.0 L·h-1,入口废水苯酚含量800 mg·L-1,出水苯酚含量低至0.5 mg·L-1。生物流化床法处理高浓度含酚废水过程中苯酚的降解动力学方程式为:rn-dSe/dt=7.194XSe/0.521+Se (mg·L-1·min-1)%A high efficient novel process of biological treatmenting wastewater with phenols was proposed in this paper, It was researched in a new kind of three-phase jet bubble loop bioreactor with combining the immobilization technology. The influence factors were studied on the degradation of phenols wastewater. Coal powder was chosen as the biological carrier. The optimized continuous degradation conditions were obtained: gas rate=0.017m·s-1, operation temperature=28℃, pH≈7.5, wastewater input flux=20.0L·h-1, the phenol concentration of feed wastewater was 800 mg·L-1, and that of outlet water was lowered to 0.5 mg·L-1. The kinetic equation of phenol waste degradation was experimentally obtained as follows:rn-dSedt=7.194XSe0.521+Se   (mg·L-1·min-1)
