快干聚氨酯涂料的研究

摘要

Alkyd polyols were reacted with toluene diisocyanate (TDI) to produce fast-drying polyurethane paints. The effects of hydroxyl content of alkyd polyols , keep temperature policy and the content of blocked agent (iso-butanol) on the content of residual TDI and the performance of polyurethane paints were discussed. The fast-drying mechanism of polyurethane paints was studied. It has been confirmed that the polyurethane paints possess good properties such as fast-drying, high hardness and excellent furnishing performance. They would have wide utility prospect because of good quality and low price.%用醇酸树脂多元醇与TDI反应制备快干聚氨酯涂料。讨论了醇酸树脂多元醇的羟基含量、氨酯化反应的保温方式和封闭剂含量等对聚氨酯预聚物残留单体含量及涂料性能的影响，研究了聚氨酯涂料的快干成膜机理，结果表明：该漆干燥速度快，理化性能优异，质优价廉，具有广阔的应用前景。
