在小型固定床加氢装置上对煤焦油加氢改质的氢耗进行了研究.由于不同化合物氢耗量相差甚大,本研究用归类法分别计算了原料中硫、氮、氧、芳烃和环烷烃等各类化合物的氢耗.在进料速率为60 g/h,加氢反应温度370~410℃,液体体积空速在0.3 h-1,氢分压13 MPa,氢油比1 800∶1的加氢条件下,得出计算氧耗为4.72 g/h,与实际氢耗相比,相对误差为2.2%.%Hydrogen consumption for the hydrogenation of coal tar was investigated in a small fixed bed hydrogenation unit. Hydrogen consumption of different compounds varies considerably, therefore, the reaction hydrogen consumption was obtained by calculating the chemical hydrogen consumption of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, aromatics, naphthene and other compounds in coal tar. Under the hydrogenation conditions of the feed rate of 60 g/h, hydrogenation reaction temperature of 370-410 ℃, liquid hour space velocity (LHSV) of 0.3 h-1, hydrogen partial pressure of 13 Mpa and hydrogen to oil ratio of 1 800:1, calculated hydrogen consumption is 4.72 g/h. The relative error is 2.2% compared to actual hydrogen consumption.
