优化了以二正丁胺(DBA)为原料,环氧乙烷(EO)为羟乙基化试剂生产N,N-正二丁基乙醇胺(DBAE)的反应工艺,在原料物质的量之比(EO/DBA)为0.8,温度65℃,质量分数为5%的水作催化剂的条件下,通过调节环氧乙烷的加料速率,控制系统压力不超过1MPa,获得的目标产物DBAE的收率高.经底物拓展,该工艺路线也适用于合成N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺及N,N-二正丙基乙醇胺系列产品.%The reaction process of synthesizing N,N-dibutylethanolamine with dibutylamine(DBA)as the raw material and ethylene oxide(EO)as the hydroxyethylation reagent was optimized.When the molar ratio of the raw material(EO/DBA)was 0.8,the temperature was 65 ℃,the catalyst was 5% water,and the ethylene oxide injection rate was controlled by maintaining the system pressure not exceeding 1 MPa,the yield of the target product N,N-dibutylethanolamine was high.Through further substrate development,the process route was also applicable to the synthesis of N,N-dimethylethanolamine,N,N-diethylethanolamine and N,N-dipropylethanolamine.
