蒙脱土对铜离子的吸附缓释性能研究

         

摘要

In this paper, montmorillonite was used to study the adsorption of metal ions, and the sustained-release properties of montmorillonite were studied by changing the slow-release environment. The experimental results showed that the adsorption capacity of Cu2+ by inorganic montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite was7. 848 g/g and 7. 889 g/g. Under the condition of CuSO4 solution of 0. 05 mol/L, the adsorption amount of montmorillonite increases with temperature, and the adsorption amount decreases, the adsorption rate of montmorillonite gradually increases with time, and after 5 min, the adsorption does not change to saturation adsorption. The optimum concentration of NaOH solution as a sustained release solution was 0. 25 mol/L, and the best release time was 30 min. The sustained release of Cu2+ from inorganic montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite was 37. 34 μg/mL and 97. 29 μg/mL, respectively. Under the environment of acid release for30 min, the sustained release of Cu2+ by inorganic montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite was 1. 429 μg/mL and2. 35 μg/mL, respectively.%本文利用蒙脱土对金属离子进行吸附性研究,通过改变缓释环境研究蒙脱土的缓释性能,实验结果表明:无机蒙脱土、有机蒙脱土对Cu2+的吸附量分别为7. 848 g/g和7. 889 g/g.在CuSO4溶液为0. 05 mol/L的条件下,蒙脱土的吸附率随温度升高逐渐降低,随时间增长逐渐变大,5 min后达到饱和吸附.在碱性环境下,缓释溶液最佳浓度为0. 25 mol/L,最佳缓释时间为30 min,无机蒙脱土、有机蒙脱土对Cu2+的缓释量分别为37. 34μg/m L、97. 29μg/m L.在酸环境下缓释30 min,无机蒙脱土、有机蒙脱土对Cu2+的缓释量分别为1. 429μg/m L、2. 35μg/m L.
