浅谈大型 LNG 双金属吊顶罐的预冷

摘要

As a kind of clean and efficient energy, natural gas industry has developed rapidly and the country set off a boom in the construction of LNG storage device. The LNG storage device, in the core equipment of LNG double metal ceiling tank while driving device before operation was introduced. The technical difficulty, pre cooling isconfirmed by LNG conditions and the matters needing attention, pre cooling process and main operation steps,were proposed to provide a reference for similar pre cooling device.%作为一种清洁、高效的能源，天然气行业得以迅猛发展，各地掀起了 LNG 储存装置的建设热潮。本文重点介绍了 LNG 储存装置中的核心设备 LNG 双金属吊顶罐在装置投运前的开车过程中，利用 LNG 进行预冷所存在的技术难点、条件确认及注意事项、预冷流程及主要操作步骤等，为类似装置的预冷工作提供了参考意见。
