三相流重力热管冷凝段传热性能研究

         

摘要

为拓展三相流强化传热和防、除垢技术的应用领域,优化重力热管的传热性能,设计并构建了1套三相流闭式重力热管系统.考察了固含率、加热功率、充液率等参数对于三相流重力热管冷凝段传热性能的影响.结果表明,三相流重力热管可以强化传热.冷凝段对流传热系数随着加热功率的增加而增大,随着充液率的增加而减小.充液率较低时,冷凝段对流传热系数随着固含率的增加而增大;而当充液率较高时,随着固含率的增加,对流传热系数则呈现出先增加,后降低,然后再增加的变化趋势.%To expand the application fields of three-phase flow heat transfer enhancing and fouling preventing technology, a three-phase flow closed gravity heat pipe was built to research the heat transfer performance. The effects of solid holdup, heating power, filling ratio on the heat transfer performance in condensation section were investigated. The results showed the three-phase flow closed gravity heat pipe could enhance heat transfer. The convective heat transfer coefficient in condensation section increases with increase in heating power, and decreases with increase in filling ratio. When the filling ratio is lower , the convective heat transfer coefficient in condensation increases as the solid holdup increases; but when filling ratio is higher, with the increase of solid holdup, the convective heat transfer coefficient decreases after the first increase, then increases again.
