Ce助剂对Cu-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5在CO2加氢合成二甲醚中的性能影响

         

摘要

采用凝胶网格共沉淀法制备二甲醚的催化剂CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5,考察不同助剂La、Ce、Co、Zr对其性能的影响.结果表明,加入助剂后,CO2转化率和二甲醚的选择性都有不同程度的提高,进行比较后发现尤其是加入Ce助剂后,二甲醚的选择性达到61.5%,CO2的转化率达到40%.利用BET、XRD、SEM、H2-TPR、H2-TPD等表征方法对其物化性质进行表征.%CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 was prepared by gel-network co-precipitation for synthesizing dimethyl ether from carbon dioxide by hydrogenation and the effects of La, Ce, Co and Zr promoters on catalyst performance were investigated. The results showed that after adding a small amount of Ce, the selectivity of dimethyl ether reached 61.5% and the conversion rate of CO2 reached 40%.The physical-chemical propertise and catalytic performance of the catalysts were characterization by using BET, XRD, SEM, TPR and H2-TPD techniques.
