为了优化蒲葵叶纤维素在LiCl/DMAc溶剂体系中的溶解工艺, 主要研究了LiCl质量浓度、 纤维素质量浓度、 加热温度、 加热时间对纤维素溶解率及溶液黏度的影响. 实验表明, 在LiCl/DMAc溶剂体系中, 较适合蒲葵叶纤维素的溶解条件为: LiCl的质量浓度为80 kg/m3、 加热温度120℃、 加热时间2h.%In order to optimize the dissolving process of sabal leaf cellulose in LiCl/DMAc solution, this pa鄄per mainly researched the influence of LiCl content, cellulose content, heating temperature and heating time on the dissolution rate of sabal leaf cellulose and the viscosity of solution. The experimental result shows that the ideal dissolution conditions of sabal leaf cellulose in LiCl/DMAc solution are as follows:LiCl content is 8 g in 100 mL solution, heating temperature is 120 °C and heating time is 2 h.
