硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠尾气中Nox治理技术探讨

     

摘要

At present,most sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite are prepared by absorption of NO x by soda ash solution at atmospheric pressure, during the treatment process of tail gas, there is a problem of excessive NO x.Using selective catalytic reduction process to treat tail gas has the advantages of good effect and stable operation, but it also has the disadvantage of ammonia consumption.According to laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, the NOxabsorption rate of the process of hydrogen peroxide wet oxidation at room temperature is 90%,its effect is not as good as that of SCR treatment technology,but it can produce byproduct dilute nitric acid by absorption of NO xin recovery tail gas and its operation cost is low.It has better referential significance for tail gas treatment where mass concentration of NO xin front end intake is less than 1 000 mg/m3.%目前硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠大多采用纯碱溶液在常压下吸收NOx制取,在尾气处理过程中存在NOx超标的问题.采用选择性催化还原法(SCR)处理尾气具有效果好、运行稳定的特点,但存在耗氨的缺点.通过小试和中试试验,过氧化氢常温湿式氧化工艺对NOx的吸收率为90%,效果不如SCR治理技术,但可以回收尾气中的NOx副产稀硝酸且运行成本低,在前端进气NOx质量浓度低于1000 mg/m3的尾气处理中具有较好的借鉴意义.
