2000t/a硫氰酸钠生产装置运行总结

     

摘要

The main method of extracting sodium thiocyanate from desulfurization waste solution in the coking enterprises is firstly vacuum distillation concentration,and then fractional crystallization,which respectively obtains sodium thiocyanate and sodium thiosulfate.But the purity of the sodium thiocyanate by adopting this method is low,and economic benefit is poor.Using the properties of minimal solubility of sodium thiosulfate and sodium sulfate and the high solubility of sodium thiocyanate in the methanol solvent,and solubility of sodium thiocyanate is rather changeable with temperature,a new technology of extracting sodium thiocyanate from desulfurization waste solution in the coking enterprises is developed.The mass fraction of sodium thiocyanate from the production unit with the new process can reach up to 98%by actual operation,and the production cost is low,and it has good economic and environmental benefits.%从焦化企业脱硫废液中提取硫氰酸钠的主要方法是先真空蒸馏浓缩,再分步结晶分别得到硫氰酸钠和硫代硫酸钠产品,但采用此方法制得的硫氰酸钠纯度较低,经济效益较差.利用硫代硫酸钠和硫酸钠在甲醇溶剂中的溶解度极小,而硫氰酸钠在甲醇溶剂中的溶解度较大且其溶解度随温度变化而变化较大的性质,开发出从焦化企业脱硫废液中提取硫氰酸钠的新工艺.采用新工艺建成的硫氰酸钠生产装置经实际运行,制得的硫氰酸钠质量分数可达98%以上,生产成本低,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益.
