摘要

This paper introduces the process flow and technology characteristic of extracting sodium thiocyanate through coking desulfurization of coarse salt by Shandong Hengchang Jucai Chemical Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.and reviews the energy consumption and production status of the unit.This unit utilizes methanol to extract desulfurized coarse salt.After the filtration residue is removed by nitrogen press filtration,the extraction liquid concentrates in evaporator and centrifuges and finally generates sodium thiocyanate.By this means waste resource is comprehensively utilized and brings good economic returns.%介绍了山东恒昌聚材化工科技股份有限公司利用焦化脱硫粗盐提取硫氰酸钠的工艺流程、技术特点等,并对该套装置的能耗和生产运行情况进行了总结.该套装置以甲醇萃取脱硫粗盐,经过氮气压滤除去滤渣后,萃取液在蒸发釜中浓缩最后进行离心,获得硫氰酸钠,使废弃资源得到了综合利用,具有较好的经济效益.
