精细化工装置防火安全距离分析

摘要

The layout of chemical plants is the emphasis and difficulty in chemical industry. The layout should meet the requirements of the process design, operation and maintenance, equipment hoisting. More importantly, it should meet the requirements of the standards for the fire safety. In this pa-per, the regulations about fire protection distance in GB50160 and GB50016 were compared and discussed. It was concluded that related regulations for fine chemical industry should be promulgated as soon as possible.%化工装置的布置是化工设计的一个重点和难点，布置中不仅要满足工艺流程、操作检修、设备吊装等要求。更重要的是要满足安全防火规范要求，对精细化工装置的布置进行了分析，对比了 GB50160和 GB50016对防火间距的要求，得出精细化工的布置急需有相应的防火规范出台的结论。
