低温储罐BOG气化量计算分析

     

摘要

针对暴露在室外的大型低温储罐由于罐内外的温差导致罐内液体吸热闪蒸成BOG的问题,提出了结合热传导、对流传热及热辐射等传热模型对低温储罐进行能量衡算,为BOG压缩机选型提供了科学参考依据,解决了大型低温储罐的BOG理论气化量计算问题。%As to the outdoor large scale cryogenic storage tank, the inside and outside temperature difference of the tank leads to the liquid inside the tank absorbing the heat and flashing into BOG, this paper comes up with several heat transfer models to the large scale cryogenic storage tank such as:thermal conduction, convective heat transfer and thermal radiation etc. and makes energy balance, which provides scientific references for the type selec-tion of BOG compressor and solves the calculation issue of BOG theoretical gasification rate of large scale cryogenic storage tank.
