DN4600等温变换炉的内漏及检漏检修

针对等温变换炉内件漏水的问题,探讨了检漏、检修方案,检查出降水管是因热膨胀焊缝断裂而造成漏水,并采取措施增加膨胀节.%Against the water leakage problem of isothermal converter internals ,this paper explores scheme for leakage detection and mainte-nance ,pointing out that the downcomer leakage is caused by welding seam break due to thermal expansion and more expansion joint is added as the solution .
