水环真空泵发热量的测定

摘要

以2BV6110型水环真空泵为研究对象，探讨了以水环真空泵作压缩机时，不同进出口压力条件下水环真空泵的发热量。研究结果表明，不同的进出口压力对水环真空泵的发热量有不同的影响。当泵进口压力为常压、出口压力为10 kPa和30 kPa时，泵的发热量都为泵总功率的23.27%；当泵进口压力为-7 kPa、出口压力为30 kPa时，泵的发热量为泵总功率的34.73%。%The heat productivity of the 2BV6110 water-ring vacuum pump under different inlet and outlet pressures are discussed. The results show that the heat productivity of the water-ring vacuum pump varies with different inlet and outlet pressures. The heat productivity accounts for 23.27% of the total power of the pump when the inlet pressure is atmosphere and the outlet pressure is 10 kPa or 30 kPa. Otherwise, the heat productivity accounts for 34.73%of the total power when the inlet pressure is-7 kPa and the outlet pressure is 30 kPa.
