水煤浆气化安全联锁系统中双电磁阀的应用

摘要

In this paper, based on the principle of solenoid valve,in the setting of safety interlock system in coal-water slurry gasification,we used a double solenoid valve control scheme. Firstly, we analyzed the oxygen shut-off double solenoid valve in coal-wa-ter slurry gasification,clarify the problem which we must noticed when selection the solenoid valve. Then,for the engineered applica-tion examples of double solenoid valve in coal-water slurry gasifica-tion,introduced the ideas and methods of how to solve large-diam-eter gas circuit in double solenoid valve. In this paper,we described detailedly of the setting methods which using double solenoid valve configuration for shutting oxygen,reduced the possibility of stop by mistaking caused by signal cable breakage,to avoid personal injury and major economic losses.%本文依据电磁阀的工作原理，在水煤浆气化安全联锁系统的设置中，装置采用了双电磁阀的控制方案。首先对水煤浆气化中氧气切断阀的双电磁阀气路进行了分析，阐明了电磁阀选型时需注意的问题。然后，针对水煤浆气化工程中双电磁阀的应用实例，介绍了如何解决双电磁阀大口径气路的解决思路和方法。文中详细阐述了采用双电磁阀配置用于切断阀的设置方法，降低了因信号电缆断路引起误停车的可能性，以避免人身伤害和重大经济损失。
