电解海水制氯回流工艺在LNG接收站中的应用

     

摘要

LNG接收站中,LNG的气化、消防需要用到海水,必须投加药物以抑制海生物的生长,利用天然海水电解制得次氯酸钠溶液投加至流道中,效果明显,是目前广泛应用的方法。本文描述了传统电解海水制次氯酸钠工艺现状,及改进后的回流工艺对比,结果表明回流工艺较简易的实现了流道的稳定加药以及电解海水制次氯酸钠溶液系统的平稳运行,目前,国内南方某LNG接收站已经成功应用该方案,并已经成功实现远程自动控制,值得推广和应用。%LNG receiving terminal need to use the sea water for LNG vaporization and fire system. Hypochlorite must be dosed into the sea water to prevent growth of marine life. Electrolyzing sea water to get the hypochlorite and dosing it into channel, which is widely used at present, achieves good result. This thesis describes the conventional electrolyzed chlorination process and improved electrolyzed chlorination reflux process. The results show that reflux process makes constant hypochlorite concentration in the electrolyzed chlorination system and steady dosing up operation for each sea water channel. So far, one LNG receiving terminal in south China has already applied this reflux process successfully by remote automatic control. The reflux process is worth popularization and application.
