借助激光多普勒测速技术( LDV)测得叶片出口角度和截面积这两个参数对导叶式液液旋流器内切向速度的影响,基于此分析并实测了两个参数对效率的影响,得到较优的叶片出口角度β为10°和15°,较优的叶片出口截面积Sv为92.60mm2.%With LDV's help, both guide vane outlet angle (β) and cross-sectional area( Sv ) influence on hydrocyclone tangential velocity and separation efficiency were tested and compared with measured values. The results show that an ideal β value stands at 10° or 15°, and 5V value at 92.60mm2.
