钛螺钉在脱层钛/钢复合管板上应用的可行性分析

摘要

针对机械加工过程中遇到的钛/钢复合板开裂现象和复合板使用工况,提出了复合板修复方案,并从抗腐蚀和结构力学性能两方面对该方案进行了论证.结果表明,该修复方案能完全满足钛/钢复合板在设备上安全运行的要求.%Considering the cracks at titanium/steel composite plates in machining process, a repair scheme was proposed and analyzed from anticorrosion property and structural mechanics. The results prove the reliability of this scheme.
