车载储罐外筒体夹芯结构钎焊工艺及力学性能研究

         

摘要

The Q235 steel' s brazing process for the outer shell sandwich structure of the vehicle-mounted cylinder tank was investigated; and the effects of filler metal' s thickness and the additional load on the brazed joint were considered,including the analysis of element diffusion and the brazing interface microstructure by means of EDS and metallographic microscope.Having the mechanical properties of the brazed joints evaluated by shear strength test shows that the smaller thickness of tiller metal can bring better wetting effect to the base metal and additional load can benefit the joint strength.The 0.057mm filler thickness and the 5MPa additional load can bring the best wetting effect to the base metal to obtain 140MPa shear strength for the brazed joints so as to satisfy the mechanical properties that sandwich-structure asked.%研究了紫铜钎料焊接车戴储罐外简体夹芯强化结构件Q235钢的钎焊工艺,考虑了不同钎料厚度和外加载荷对钎焊接头的影响,借助EDS和金相显微镜分析了钎焊接头的元素扩散情况和界面微观组织结构,并通过剪切试验测试不同钎焊接头的力学性能.结果表明:钎料厚度越小,钎料对母材润湿效果越好;钎焊夹具上作用的外加载荷有助于提高接头强度.当钎料厚度为0.057mm,外加5MPa载荷的情况下,钎料对母材润湿效果最好,接头剪切强度可达140MPa,可以满足车载储罐外筒体夹层结构所需的力学性能.
