基于CFD的透平膨胀机轴向推力计算

             

摘要

To predict the turbo-expander’s axial thrust accurately,a turbo-expander was chosen as an exam-ple,and the mechanical model and the three-dimensional model of the impeller clearance and labyrinth seal were built.Through analyzing the forces and using low Reynolds number k-εturbulence model and the SIM-PLEC algorithm,as well as considering the impact of leakage,the axial thrust acting on the impeller was simu-lated,and the simulation results and the results calculated by the empirical method were compared.%为了准确地预测透平膨胀机的轴向推力,建立其力学分析模型和叶轮间隙、迷宫密封三维模型。通过受力分析,采用低 Re 数 k-ε模型和 Simplec 算法,考虑机械磨损的影响,对透平膨胀机轴向推力进行了模拟计算,并将模拟结果与轴向推力经验公式计算结果进行比较。
