The present invention relates to an analysis abnormality prediction system and a method thereof. The analysis abnormality prediction system of the present invention can determine whether or not analysis proceeds in a wrong direction before a result for the corresponding analysis is calculated, in a process of analyzing a physical state using a computer when designing components installed in a plant or other structures in the plant.
