变容量涡旋压缩机性能预测数学模型

         

摘要

为了准确预测变容量涡旋压缩机的性能,通过对变容量涡旋压缩机热力过程的分析,考虑压缩机工作过程中气体的泄漏、膨胀及损失等因素,建立了热力计算的数学模型和实际排气量、容积效率的计算模型;通过编程计算得到变转速条件下的排气量、容积效率和泄漏量随转速的变化关系,并进行了实例计算与实验值的比较验证,计算结果与实验值结果吻合较好,表明所建立数学模型的可行性和正确性。%Considering the gas leak and loss and inflation of compressors in operation, the mathematical model for heat calculation and theoretical gas displacement and volume efficiency calculation was established to accu-rately predict the performance of the scroll compressors with variable capacity, including the variation of dis-placement, volumetric efficiency and leakage caused by the variable speed. The well-coincided calculation re-sults and the experimental ones prove this model’ s correctness and feasibility. It can provide certain theoreti-cal reference for optimizing the performance of the scroll compressor with variable capacity.
