超临界CO2萃取设备卡箍式快开结构设计

             

摘要

The clamp quick-opening structure of supercritical CO2extraction equipment is a high-pressure self-tight sealing structure, when it operates, the axial force incurred by internal pressure can be delivered from the flat cover to the clamp and its main components consist of flat cover,cylinder end and two semi-circu-lar clamps.Through considering design experiences and adopting the standard formula for strength calculation, the size of clamp quick-opening structure was determined.Analyzing it with ANSYS software shows that,the corresponding stress-checking conditions can be satisfied.%超临界CO2萃取设备卡箍式快开结构属于高压自紧式密封结构,工作时,内部压力产生的轴向力由平盖传递给卡箍,主要承载构件由平盖、筒体端部和两个半圆形卡箍组成.结合实际设计经验,采用标准公式进行强度计算,确定了卡箍式快开结构件的尺寸,运用ANSYS软件进行了有限元分析,结果均满足相应的应力校核条件.
