环路热管毛细芯有效导热系数预测

     

摘要

Heat pipe heat exchangers are widely used in the field of heat dissipation of various electronic devices.The capillary force at the evaporation interface of the capillary core of the heat pipe provides the power of the system cycle,and its structural parameters directly affect the operation efficiency of the system.In this paper,three-dimensional pore morphology of capillary core is reconstructed by computer.Lattice Boltzmann pore size model is selected to predict the effective thermal conductivity of capillary core.The difference between the empirical formula and the empirical formula model is pointed out.%热管类换热器广泛应用在各类电子器件的散热领域.热管毛细芯蒸发界面的毛细力提供系统循环的动力,其结构参数直接影响系统运行效率.对毛细芯进行三维孔形貌计算机重构,选择格子Boltzmann孔隙尺度模型预测毛细芯有效导热系数,并与经验公式模型进行对比,指出各经验式与毛细芯有效导热系数的差异程度.
