多晶硅产品质量的影响原因分析

Polycrystalline silicon is widely used in the field of industrial production.It can be used in solar energy and microelectronics.With the improvement of the quality of polycrystalline silicon,the related solar products are increasing.With the increasing use and demand of polycrystalline silicon,the quality requirements of polycrystalline silicon products in various industries are also rising.In the process of polysilicon production,some factors will affect the quality of polysilicon production.In this paper,the reasons for the quality of polysilicon products are analyzed and discussed.%在工业生产领域中,多晶硅的应用比较广泛,其能够用于太阳能领域,也可以用于微电子产业,并且随着多晶硅品质的上升,相关的太阳能产品日益增加.随着多晶硅使用范围和需求量的加大,各行业对多晶硅产品质量的要求也不断提升.在多晶硅生产的过程中,一些因素会影响其生产质量,主要就多晶硅产品质量的影响原因进行了分析和探讨.
