基于轻烃脱硫加工工艺的研究

the light hydrocarbon,which belongs to the raw materials,organic compounds and highly flammable explosive volatile characteristics,therefore,during the implementation of light hydrocarbon desulfurization process,should be combined with the basic characteristics of light hydrocarbon,clear point process,and in the actual processing,the process route,desulfurization desulfurization device selection,parameter setting other aspects of strict control,and ultimately achieve the effect of desulfurization, high precision at the same time,reduce the waste in desulfurization process.This article from the desulfurization technology development status analysis,and detailed in the process of light hydrocarbon desulfurization processing of the specific implementation of the path,in order to promote the current desulfurization technology innovation.%轻烃属于有机化合物原料，具有易燃、易爆、易挥发等特点，因而在轻烃脱硫加工工艺实施期间，应结合轻烃基本特征，明确加工工艺要点，并在实际加工作业中，对工艺路线、脱硫剂选择、脱硫装置参数设置等环节进行严格把控，最终达到精准度较高的脱硫效果，同时降低脱硫工艺中废物的产生。从脱硫技术发展现状分析入手，并详细阐述了轻烃脱硫加工工艺的具体实施路径，旨在推动当前脱硫技术的不断革新。
