运用QC方法降低湿法硫磺成型机下料阀堵塞频率

摘要

中国石化达州天然气净化有限公司普光天然气净化厂运用美国DEVCOⅡ型湿法硫磺成型工艺，对液硫进行转固生产。但在长期生产过程中，液硫在成型罐内易结块，堵塞成型机下料阀，严重影响正常生产。运用QC方法，查找引起下料阀堵塞的原因，并展开技术攻关，解决成型机下料阀堵塞问题。%China Petrochemical Co.,Florida Puguang natural gas purification and gas purification plant using US DEVCOⅡ type wet sulfur molding process for the production of liquid sulfur transfer solid.But in the long-term production process,easy to agglomerate in liquid sulfur forming inside the tank,under the molding machine valve blockage,seriously affecting the normal production.QC methods use,find the reasons causing valve blockage cutting,and expand technology research to solve a molding machine valve blockage problems.
