基层钻井队加强员工思想动态研究工作的实践与探索

         

摘要

目前国内外钻井市场持续低迷,工作量严重萎缩、井队大半以上停待、员工收入受到影响,这一系列因素对保持员工队伍思想稳定十分不利。作者所在井队在海外施工,网络通讯不发达、项目施工节奏快、业余活动较少,员工普通存在着较大的思想问题和心理问题,且呈现增长趋势,这对基层员工的思想稳定和工作情绪带来了一定的消极影响。井队领导积极响应公司号召,对员工思想动态进行调研,与井队每一位员工进行了深入的交流座谈。对员工关注的热点和存在的主要问题进行了研究分析,对如何加强员工思想动态工作进行了实践和探索,并有针对性提出一些建议,确保新常态下保持员工队伍的稳定。%At present,domestic and international drilling market downturn,the workload of a serious recession,well over half of the team to be stopped,the income of employees affected,this series of factors to maintain a stable workforce thinking very unfavorable.The authors’ team well in the overseas construction,communications network developed,fast-paced construction projects,fewer extracurricular activities,employees General there is a big ideological problems and psychological problems,and the growing trend,which is stable and ideological work of junior staff emotions brought some negative impact.Well team leaders to respond positively to the call of the company,employees ideological trends research,and well every employee team conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions.Hot spots and problems of employees concerned were research and analysis,on how to strengthen the idea of dynamic employees work practice and exploration,and puts forward some recommendations to ensure that the new holding under normal workforce stability.
