正弦规法检测石油螺纹工作量规锥度参数研究

摘要

In order to solve the problem of measuring the tight distance in the process of measuring oil thread working gauges on site,it is impossible to judge whether the taper is out of tolerance,which is the main parameter causing the error,and to measure the taper parameter quickly and effectively.Using a sine gauge,three needles,and a measuring block to perform combined measurement, the problem of on-site detection of taper parameter measurement of oil thread working gauges is solved.%为解决现场测量石油螺纹工作量规过程中紧密距出现超差情况时,无法对引起该项误差的主要参数——锥度是否超差进行判断,为快速有效地对锥度这一参数进行测量,利用正弦规、三针、量块进行组合测量,解决了现场检测石油螺纹工作量规锥度参数测量的难题.
