离子液体1-氨丙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐对CO2吸收的应用研究

     

摘要

The influence of systematic temperature,initial pressure and mass fraction of ionic liquid on CO2 absorption with ionic liquid [1-NH2-C3mim] [Br] was studied by static absorption method.The optimized absorption process conditions are as follows:mass fraction of ionic liquid ([1-NH2-C3mim] [Br]) is 50%,systematic temperature is 303.15 K and initial pressure is 165.64 kPa.Meanwhile,“ two-stage” vacuum regeneration period for absorbent was tried.The regeneration temperature in the first stage is 321.15 K,30 min;that in the second stage is 343.15 K,only 10 min.The result shows that the effect of ionic liquid [1-NH2-C3mim][Br] for CO2 absorption is good,which can be reused due to its steady absorption properties after regenerated.%利用静态吸收法研究了体系温度、初始压强和离子液体质量分数对亲水性离子液体1-氨丙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐[1-NH2-C3 mim][Br]吸收CO2的影响.优化的吸收工艺条件为:离子液体的质量分数50%,体系温度303.15 K,体系初始压强为165.64 kPa.同时,文中摸索了吸收剂的“两段式”真空再生条件,第1段再生温度321.15 K,30min,第2段再生温度343.15 K,10 min,结果表明:该离子液体吸收CO2吸收效果良好,并且再生后的离子液体,吸收性能稳定不变,可反复使用.
