臭氧氧化结合氨法同时脱硫脱硝的实验研究

         

摘要

The experiment on simultaneous removal of SO2 and NOx within the packed tower by combination of ozone oxidation and ammonia solution was carried out.By investigating the effects of many key factors, such as the O3/NO mole ratio, ammonia mass fraction, liquid-gas ratio, SO2 and NO inlet mass concentration etc., on the removal efficiency of SO2 and NOx, the optimum operating parameters were confirmed, then in this condition the stability test was carried out.The results show that the denitrification efficiency is greatly increased by adding ozone.When the O3/NO mole ratio is 1.0, the desulfurization efficiency can retain 85.7%;to a certain degree, the denitrification efficiency also increases with rising ammonia mass fraction;the optimum operating parameters are: the O3/NO mole ratio is 1.0, ammonia mass fraction is 0.15%, liquid-gas ratio is 40 L/ m3.When the SO2 and NO inlet mass concentration of flue gas are rerespective 5 120 mg/m3 and 600 mg/m3, the average desulfurization and denitrification efficiencies can respectively retain 100% and 88.1% in the optimum operating parameters.The method has high desulfurization and denitrification efficiencies and broad application.%采用臭氧氧化结合氨水溶液的方法,在填料塔内开展了同时脱硫脱硝的实验研究.通过考察O3与NO摩尔比[n(O3)(NO)]、吸收液氨水质量分数、液气比、SO2进口质量浓度以及NO进口质量浓度等因素对脱硫脱硝效率的影响,确定其最佳工艺操作条件,并在此条件下进行稳定性实验.结果表明:臭氧的加入显著地提高了脱硝效率,当n(O3)(NO)=1.0时,脱硝效率可以达到85.7%;氨水质量分数的增加也在一定程度上提高了脱硝效率;最佳工艺操作条件为 O3与NO摩尔比为1.0、吸收液氨水质量分数为0.15%和液气比为40 L/m3.在最佳工艺条件下,对 SO2和NO进口质量浓度分别为5 120 mg/m3和600 mg/m3的烟气进行脱除实验,其平均脱硫效率和脱硝效率可以达到100%和88.1%.该方法具有较高的脱除效率和广泛的应用前景.
