超声波破乳技术在玉门炼化老脱盐装置中的应用

         

摘要

在玉门炼化总厂老脱盐装置上进行了青西原油电脱盐超声破乳工业试验,介绍了工艺流程、超声波破乳原理及试验方法.实验结果表明使用超声波替代破乳技术后,原油的含盐量由脱后的平均148.09mg·L-1降低到37.01 mg· L-1,达到脱后小于50.0mg·L1的指标要求,同时电脱盐操作电流由平均150A下降到35A左右,且电脱盐操作运行平稳,总排水的水质得到明显改善.%An industrial experiment about Qingxi Crude oil electric demineralization superaudible demulsifica-tion has been taken on the old demineralization unit in Yumen Refinery general factory,which introduces the principle of superaudible demulsification,process flow diagram and the test method. The result shows that, afer using the superaudible demulsification technical, salt content of raw oil was reduced to 37.01 mg'L"1 from 148.09mg·L-1, upto the index requirement of less than 50.0mg·L-1 after demineralization. Meanwhile, the operating current of electric demineralization reduced to 35A from 150A earlier along with the stable operation and the obvious improvement of the quality of the general draining.
