季铵化PAMAM对三元复合驱采出液破乳性能研究

         

摘要

Owing to the multiple actions by the surface-active agents, polymers and and natural emulsifier in ASP flooding produced liquid, it is difficult to separate oil from water efficiently. After quatemizing, the polyami-doamine(PAMAM)with positive charges have better high demulsification performance. Experimental results showed that when demulsifier dosage was 120mg·L-1 sedimentation time was 90min, temperature was 451, oil content in water dropped from initial 5000mg·L-1 to 197mg·L-1 after demulsification, the deoiling rate was 96.1%. When initial oil content was 1500mg·L-1, oil content in water dropped to 215mg·L-1, the deoiling rate was 85.7%.%由于三元复合驱采出液中表活剂、聚合物以及天然乳化剂的多重作用,致使采出液油水分离困难.通过对聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)进行季铵化改性,使其端基带有正电荷,提高了其对三元复合驱采出水的破乳性能,试验结果表明,破乳剂PA01对三元驱污水具有较好的破乳效果:在温度45℃、沉降时间90min条件下,投加PA01 120mg· L-1,破乳后初始含油量为5000mg· L-1降至195mg· L-1,脱油率为96.1%;初始含油量为1500mg·L-1降至214mg·L-1,脱油率为85.6%.
