温泉水样中硼的测定方法

摘要

It,s animportant indicator to test theboron in hot spring water,that can reflect the use of hot spring water.At present,the country has not issued a national standard for determination of boron in hot spring water.Determination ofboron in hot spring water with reference to conventional method,the presence of interfering factors sulfide,sulfate,chloride,and high degree of mineralization,the current method is not suitable for the determination of boron in hot spring water.The results indicated that the improved method is suitable for boron detection using Curcumin spectrophotometry,the detection limit,precision and recoveries were 0.03mg·L-1,0.78％ and 98.83％～106.65％.%温泉水中硼含量测定是温泉水的一项重要指标,能体现温泉水的使用价值.目前国家还没有出台针对温泉水中硼测定方法的国家标准,参照现有的方法测定温泉水中硼,存在H2S、硫酸盐、Cl-、矿化度高等干扰因素,现行方法不适用于温泉水中硼的测定.采用姜黄素分光光度法测定温泉水中的硼,其检出限为0.03mg· L-1,方法精密度(RSD)为0.78％,加标回收率98.83％～106.65％,该方法适用于温泉水中硼的测定.
