高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法测定化妆品中的苯甲醇

         

摘要

A method was developed for the determination of benzyl alcohol content in cosmetics by HPLC - VWD. The sample was extracted with methanol for 20 min ultrasonicaly. After being centrifugaled and filtrated with a 0.45 μm film, a Agilent ZORB-AX ODS analytical column was employed for separation and analysis, VWD detector was used to test directly, external standard method were used for quantification. A good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.0464 -0.464 mg/mL with correlation coefficient of0.99992, and recoveries ranged from 82. 3% toll8.4% at addition levels of 46.40-92. 80 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.14% (n = 6) , and the detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0. 10 mg/kg. The result showed that this method can meet the detection requirement of benzyl alcohol content in cosmetics.%建立了高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法检测化妆品中苯甲醇含量的方法.样品用甲醉超声提取20 min,离心、过滤,用Agilent ZORBAX ODS分析柱分离分析,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量.苯甲醉在0.0464-0.464 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.99992.添加水平为46.40 -92.80 mg/L的回收率为82.3% -118.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.14% (n=6),检出限(S/N =3)为0.10 mg/kg.结果表明,该方法能满足化妆品中苯甲醇含量的检测.
