顶空-GC测定卷烟包装材料用胶粘剂中挥发性有机化合物时所用溶剂的研究

     

摘要

DMI is of high boiling point, both mutual soluble with water and many volatile organic compounds, and also solubilize all kinds of cigarette packaging adhesives. It is suitable for the solvent for the detection of 19 kinds of volatile organic compounds in adhesives for cigarette packaging by headspace gas chromatography. Water with certain proportion can be added in DMI to reduce experiment cost and the detection limit. The standard solution of 19 kinds of volatile organic compounds with content about 0.8 mg/mL was diluted by DMI and different proportion water, and then detected by liquid sampling and headspace sampling gas chromatography. Results showed that the compound content was relatively stable as the water volume fraction in the diluted sample was 30%, and the detection limit could be reduced.%1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑烷酮(DMI)是一种高沸点、同水互溶、同各种挥发性有机化合物互溶的有机溶剂,各种卷烟包装材料用胶粘剂能在DMI中良好地分散溶解,因此DMI适合作为顶空-气相色谱法测定卷烟包装材料所用胶粘剂中19种挥发性有机化合物含量时所用溶剂.为了降低实验成本、降低实验方法检出限,可在DMI中加入一定比例的水,将含量在0.8 mg/mL左右的19种挥发性有机化合物的标准溶液用DMI及不同比例的水稀释后,进行气相色谱液体进样和顶空进样实验.结果表明,样品稀释后含有30%(体积分数)的水时,各化合物含量比较稳定,可降低大多数挥发性有机化化合物的检出限.
