氯吡苯脲标准物质的研制

         

摘要

Forchlorfenuron certified reference material(CRM) was separated by semi-preparation HPLC. The qualitative analysis of forchlorfenuron was identified by UV,IR,MS and NMR spectrum. The inspection of uniformity and stability were carried out by HPLC. Their results examined byF-test statistical method were stable in the confidence interval of 95%. The combined measurement was executed with 8 qualified laboratory rooms and the uncertainty value was counted at the same time. The purity of forchlorfenuron certified reference material was 99.92% with the expanded uncertainty of 0.06%(k=2) in the confidence interval of 95%. The forchlorfenuron certified reference material can be used for the pesticide residue detection methods of calibration.%采用半制备液相色谱法制备了氯吡苯脲标准物质.以UV,IR,MS和NMR方法对氯吡苯脲标准物质进行定性分析,高效液相色谱方法进行了均匀性检验和稳定性检验,经F检验表明,在置信区间为95%的范围内测定结果稳定性良好.利用国内8家资质合格的实验室进行联合定值,计算出不确定度.氯吡苯脲标准物质的定值结果为99.92%,在置信区间为95%的扩展不确定度为0.06%(k=2).该氯吡苯脲标准物质可用于有关农药残留检测方法的校正.
