A method was established to determine cyclohexanone in water by gas chromatography with liquid–liquid extraction. Water sample was extracted by carbon disulfide, then detected by gas chromatography after being dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The mass concentration of cyclohexanone was linear with peak area in the range of 0–18.16 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The detection limit of the method was 0.010 mg/L, the recovery of standard addition was 93.3%–95.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.32%–3.48%(n=6). The method has high sensitivity and simple pretreatment, it can be used to detect cyclohexanone in water.%建立液液萃取–气相色谱法测定水体中环己酮含量的分析方法。水样用二硫化碳萃取,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水后,用气相色谱法测定环己酮的含量。环己酮的质量浓度在0~18.16 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性良好,线性相关系数r=0.9998。方法检出限为0.010 mg/L,加标回收率为93.3%~95.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.32%~3.48%(n=6)。该方法预处理简单,检测灵敏度高,可用于水体中环己酮含量的测定。
